Inclusion Criteria
Patients of American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to II of female patients , aged 18-45 years, scheduled for caesarean section under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Patients were excluded from the study if they showed infection at injection site, allergy to local anaesthetics, coagulation disorders, morbid obesity, physical or mental diseases which could interfere with the evaluation of pain scores
