Inclusion Criteria
Patients aged 65 or older hospitalized in a geriatric hospital who are able to use an oral irrigator and who agree to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
-Patients treated for aspiration pneumonia due to dysphagia within 2 weeks
-Patient with loose teeth
-Patients with head and neck cancer, including oral cancer
-Persons deemed unsuitable for this clinical study due to paroxysmal coughing, etc.
-Patients suffering from other diseases that may affect the results or process of the study
