Inclusion Criteria

  • •postmenopausal tamoxifen-used breast cancer patients,
  • •age over 50 year who treated and follow up at Phramongkutklao hospital

Exclusion Criteria

  • •breast cancer who used other hormonal treatment or used any steroid product with in 6 months
  • •breast cancer who had diagnosed about endometrial abnormalities before recruitment or had history of pelvic radiation
  • •breast cancer who have contraindication to endometrial sampling
