- •Allergy to Metronidazole, GYNECON
- •History of bleeding per vagina(unknown cause) within 3 months
- •History of vaginal tablet use within 1 month
- •History of vaginal douche within 48 hours
- •History of sexual intercourse with no barrier within 24 hours
- •History of sexual transmitted diseases
