Inclusion Criteria
Health file in the health center
At least 1 year has passed since the diagnosis
severe complications of type 2 diabetes (kidney disease, retinal damage and blindness, diabetic foot problems and amputation)
Literacy for reading and writing
Limited health literacy
Failure to participate in diabetes education classes
Being treated with various diabetes medications
Willingness to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
Unwillingness to continue participating in the study
Failure to participate in training sessions for more than one session
Having severe complications of diabetes (kidney disease, retinal damage and blindness, diabetic foot problems and amputation) during the study.
