Inclusion Criteria

1. Pregnant woman:

1.1. Pregnant woman in first trimester

1.2. Given informed consent for participation

2. Infants in first year:

2.1. Newborn

2.2. Parent given consent for participation

3. Children in second year:

3.1. Child aged >12 months and <15 months age

3.2. Parent given consent for participation

Exclusion Criteria

1. Pregnant woman:

1.1. Pregnant woman with major disability to follow instruction

1.2. Not registered for ANC care

1.3. Woman not planning to stay in the area

till delivery

1.4. Not giving informed consent for participation

2. Infants in first year:

2.1. Major systemic malformation (respiratory/ cardiac/nervous system)

2.2. Family not planning to stay in the area

for one year to complete follow up

2.3. Parent not giving informed consent for participation

3. Children in second year:

3.1. Major systemic malformation (respiratory/ cardiac/nervous system)

3.2. Family not planning to stay in the area

for one year to complete follow up

3.3. Parent not giving informed consent for participation
