Study Overview
Brief Summary
A comparative clinical trial is planned in Grade 11 Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver (NAFLD) to compare yawith yavakshara and vyoshadi guggulu, will be done among 13 participants in each group of 45 days in the age group of 20-65 years. Participants selected concecutively as per inclusion criteria into two groups from the OPD of VPSV Ayurveda college Kottakkal. Group 1 will be managed with yavakshara capsule 500 mg, twice daily after food. Group 2 will be treated with vyoshadi guggulu 500 mg twice daily after food. Assesment will be done based on blood parameters like AST and ALT on 0th and 45 th day. No special diet modification /life style changes will be advised during this period.

Inclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosed case of grade 11 fatty liver through usg Elavated AST and ALT ALT not greater than 5 times of AST.
Exclusion Criteria
- •known case of malignancy unconytrolled DM, HTN Participants contraindicated for paneeyakshara.
