Inclusion Criteria

women with one or more external genitalia or sexual symptoms; those with one or more urinary symptoms; and those who agreed to participate in this study

Exclusion Criteria

allergic to polycarbophil-based cream, could not undergo uroflowmetry, and had been treated with a topical estrogen cream or vaginal moisturizer within 3 months prior to this study were excluded
