Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age group: 18\-65 years
- •2\.Chronic back pain ( \>3 months)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Spinal surgery in the past 12 months
- •2\.spinal pathologies (fracture, tumour, infection)
- •3\.specific conditions such as spondylolisthesis, spinal stenosis, inflammatory disorder, neurological deficits, pregnancy
- •4\.Illiteracy or inability to read Kannada and Telugu
