Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Premature newborn with clinical diagnosis of type I respiratory distress syndrome using invasive or non\-invasive ventilatory support.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Newborns with congenital neurological, heart and respiratory diseases that are not associated with RDS type I; newborns with skin lesions at the site of laser application; newborns whose parents or guardians do not sign the Informed Consent Form (ICF)
