Age group18-60 years old
Body mass index (BMI) < 30
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with hypersensitivity to Remifentanil , Propofol or Rocuronium , severe renal or hepatic disease ,
severe cardiac dysfunction , hypertension , muscle disease and expected difficult intubation
