1. Renal and Bladder stone size 5-15mm
2. Ureteric stone size 5-8mm
3. Primary Stone
4. Radiographic and USG evidence of the stone
1. Renal failure
2. Gross Hydronephrosis
3. Cases which requires surgical intervention.
4. Severe Haematuria.
5. Retention of Urine
6. Renal and Bladder stone size >15 mm
7. Ureteric stone size > 8 mm
8. Fever
9. Patient suffering from major systemic illness
necessitating long term treatment.
10. H/o hypersensitivity to any drug.
11. Patients who are not willing to give consent
for clinical trial.
