Inclusion Criteria

Elderly patients with MI during discharge and after discharge
Elderly or caregiver access to a cell phone
No debilitating disease
Age 60 years and older
Having the ability to answer the phone and talk
Seniors with family caregivers

Exclusion Criteria

Addiction to drugs due to non-compliance with recommendations
Impaired vision and hearing
Having a cognitive problem according to the Cognitive Assessment Scale
