Patients Uric acid >6 mg/dl
eGFR >90ml/min/1.73m2
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant and lactating mothers
Diabetes Mellitus, Poorly controlled hypertension
Blood pressure >=160/100
Significant liver or Renal dysfunction
cardiovascular diseases
A Medical condition that in the investigators opinion would interfere with the treatment, safety, or adherence to the protocol
