Men and women with episodic or chronic migraine (= 4
migraine days per 4 weeks, diagnosis of migraine according to ICHD-3 by a
neurologist)
- At least one headache-free day per 4 weeks
- = 18 years of age
- no or stable medication prophylaxis for > 2 months
- No regular use of relaxation techniques to date
- rehab with focus on headache therapy or multimodal pain therapy in the past six months
- current use of physiotherapy/osteopathy/massage therapy or psychotherapy
- Additional secondary headache disorder
- Fibromyalgia syndrome
- Lack of German language skills to fill in the questionnaires
- Not in possession of an internet-enabled computer or smartphone to fill out the questionnaires and the online headache calendar
