- •Sepsis patient admitted to ICU.
排除标准
- •Patients with h/o pre existing cardiac dysfunction Patients with intracranial bleed or traumatic brain injury , hemorrhagic shock .
- •Patients with pre existing hyperkalemia Patients with h/o chronic dialysis or renal transplant.
