Inclusion Criteria

Children aged between 4 and 12 years old;A
adenotonsillar hipertrophy; adenotonsillectomy indication for treatment of Apnea Obstructive Syndrom ou Recurrent Tonsilitis, caregiver able to give informed consent and to complete de Patient Diary reliably.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with hematopoietic, cardiovascular, hepatic, kidney, neurological, psychiatric, autoimmune disease; patients that feel unable to complete the Patients´Diary.
