•Study1\) A healthy adult with no history of stroke, nerve / muscle disease, organic disease of larynx / pharynx, respiratory disease or upper gastrointestinal disease
•Study2\) 1\. Patients who are over 20 years old and agreed to participate to the study after having received sufficient explanation
