入选标准
- •1. First onset, supratentorial stroke
- •2. Physical and rehabilitation medicine inpatients in Siriraj hospital
- •3. Unilateral hemiparesis
- •5. Can follow at least 2 - step verbal command
- •6. Body weight less than 100 kg, Height less than 200 cm.
- •7. FAC level between 2-4
- •8. Able to stand without knee buckling ( either with or without assistance)
排除标准
- •1. global aphasia
- •2. Hemineglect syndrome
- •3. Unstable cardiopulmonary conditions such as MI, heart failure, pulmonary embolism etc.
- •4. Other conditions that affect ambulation such as
- •- Orthopedic condition: contracture of lower extremities, severe OA knee,
- •post THA or TKA within 2 months
- •- Neurological condition: for example, uncontrolled epilepsy
- •5. Severe spasticity of knee flexors and ankle plantar flexors with Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) 2 or more
