1. Patients able to read, understand and sign the Informed Consent Form.
2. Male or female patients, 18 years of age and over.
3. Patients presented with respiratory complaints (such as a new or worsened respiratory condition, acute cough, or onset of shortness of breath and respiratory diseases (Asthma, Bronchitis, COPD, ILD, Pneumonia), smokers and nonsmokers.
1.Patients who require ventilation, flow of oxygen > 4 liters etc. must be excluded from the study.
2.Patients less than 18 years of age.

Name Time Method Test the hypothesis that the Swaasa AI platform can detect the presence of underlying respiratory problem, the pattern of respiratory condition and its severity, and the likely presence of a respiratory disease using a combination of cough sound and/or breath sound characteristics in addition to symptoms.Timepoint: 9 months
