Inclusion Criteria

older than 18 years
- no change of residence planned
- appealing oral hygiene
- Indication for an all-ceramic bridge in the posterior region;
- no parafunctions (bruxism);
- periodontally healthy/restored (max. degree of looseness 1) and
- Patients who are not pregnant or breastfeeding at the time of admission

Exclusion Criteria

- younger than 18 years
- change of residence planned
- non-responsive oral hygiene
- no indication for an all-ceramic bridge in the posterior region;
- Parafunctions (bruxism);
- periodontally not healthy/restored (at least degree of looseness 1) and
- Patients who are pregnant at the time of admission

Primary Outcome Measures

Clinical survival and long-term behavior (function/retention/loss of retention/spalling/fractures) of monolithic three-unit bridges made of IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime over a period of 3 years in vivo.
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
To investigate the marginal integrity, surface gloss, periodontal condition, possible secondary caries and color behavior/discoloration of three-unit bridges n vivo over at least 3 years. In addition, patient satisfaction will be evaluated.
