Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age\- 20\-60 years
- •Frequent and chronic Tension headache patients satisfying the criteria in ICHD III beta version only on analgesics and muscle relaxants.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Secondary headache
- •Recent surgeries
- •Chronic Hypertension \& Heart Disease,
- •Previous exposure to yoga in the last 6 months.
