•1. Patient who had mild to moderate acne according to global acne grading system

•1. Pregnancy or lactation
•2. Patient who has history of multiple sclerosis, systemic lupus erythema, sarcoidosis, diabetes mellitus, rheumatoid arthritis, renal failure, any type of liver disease or inflammatory bowel disease
•3. Patient who has history or clinically suspected of polycystic ovary syndrome including ovulatory dysfunction
•4. Use of topical medication (immunosuppressant, retinoid, benzoyl peroxide, topical antibiotics, corticosteroids and dermocosmetics) on the face within the last 2 weeks
•5. Receiving systemic medication for acne treatment, vitamin D supplement, systemic steroids within the last 4 weeks
•6. Receiving hormonal supplement within the last 3 months
•7. Possible allergy to topical benzoyl peroxide or oral ergocalciferol.
