Inclusion Criteria
Patients aged between 18 and 60; both genders; with non-specific lumbar spine pain (>= 3 months) of at least 3 points on the 0-10 numerical pain scale
Exclusion Criteria
Presence of serious musculoskeletal; cardiovascular and metabolic disorders; a history of neurological injuries; obesity (Body Mass Index above 30 kg/m2); pregnancy; previous spinal surgery; any health condition that makes it impossible to exercise

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The aim is to assess whether the implementation of therapy involving both types of exercises significantly reduces functional disability in patients with lower back pain. This will be measured using the Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire, with a minimum clinically important difference of 10 points as the benchmark, and by seeking a difference in the Oswestry Disability Index.
