The study is A Prospective Open Labelled Non Randomized clinical study to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of NERUNJI VER KUDINEER 100ml BD for30 days in 40 patients during the trial period of 15 months that will be conducted in Govt Siddha Medical College and Hospital Palayamkottai Tirunelveli Tamilnadu The primary outcome will be the therapeutic efficacy of trial drug NERUNJI VER KUDINEER in KALLADAIPPU The secondry outcome will be the evaluation of Siddha diagnostic parameters safety of trial drug Pharmacological and Biochemical analysis of trial drug

- •Age from 30 years to 60 years Patient With Renal Colicky pain Nausea Vomiting Haematuria Oliguria Pyuria Dysuria.

- •Age Below 30 years and above 60 years Chronic Appendicitis Cholecystitis Pyelonephritis Recurrent UTI Diabetes Mellitus Metabolic disorders like Hyperthyroidism Hyperparathyroidism Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Chronic Renal Failure.
