Influence of pelvic floor training on the pelvic floor, sexuality.<br><br>Two validated questionnaires 6 and 12 months after delivery in our urogynecology department:<br>Female Sexual Function Index - questionnaire and the German Pelvic Floor Questionnaire for pregnant women and women after childbirth

Influence of additional pelvic floor muscle training on clincial parameters, including an evaluation of the degree of a pelvic organ prolaps and the muscel strenght of the pelvic floor muscle. Besides, a gerneral development of pelvic floor function and sexual function in primiparous women after delivery. <br><br>Clinical examination with speculum to show a possible pelvic organ prolapse with the help of the POP Q score as well as palpation of the pelvic floor muscle with the help of the Oxford score 6 and 12 months after delivery.
