- 性别
- Male
入选标准
- •Over 50 years old
- •- prostate volume <80 cm3
- •- peak Qmax <15 ml / s
- •- postvoid residual (PVR) volume <300 cc
- •- International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) > 12
排除标准
- •- If transrectal ultrasonography is not possible.
- •- rectum - if you have an active disease of the anus
- •- If you have undergone pseudoradicular prostate surgery within 2 months
- •- If anesthesia is not appropriate
- •- If there is severe calcification (> 1 cm) that can not be done with focused ultrasound treatment (except when the calcification is removed by performing pseudo-prosthetic surgery before 2 months of focused ultrasound)
- •- If there is a metal stent in the urethra
- •- If you have a problem with hemostasis
