Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) a definitive diagnosis of bipolar disorder by a psychiatrist
- •. 2\) Having DSM\-5 diagnostic criteria for major depression.
- •3\) Receiving at least one antipsychotic drug and taking a benzodiazepine daily for at least 3 months.
- •4\) Having a minimum level of reading and writing.
- •5\) not being hospitalized in the last 2 months due to intolerance of psychological treatment in the acute phase of the disease for at least two months since the last period of relapse.
