Inclusion Criteria
- •At least more than one value of cardiac troponin above 99th percentile upper reference limit, and at least one of the following:
- •1\. Chest symptoms of myocardial ischemia
- •2\. New ischemic ECG changes
- •3\. Imaging evidence of new loss of viable myocardium or new regional wall motion abnormality in a pattern consistent with an ischaemic etiology
