- •Healthy female athletes
- •Semi-professional-professional activity in team sports.
排除标准
- •Refusal to participate in the study by the test subjects
- •Unable to fill out questionnaires
- •All types of acute infections, acute or chronic inflammations, chronic diseases, etc.
- •Drug treatment that may influence the study results
- •Acute injuries to the musculoskeletal system
- •Diagnosed CHD or type II diabetes
- •Pregnancy/breastfeeding period
- •Daily intake of DHA supplements (in the last 3 months)
- •Cow’s milk protein allergy
- •(self-diagnosed) Lactose intolerance
