Inclusion criterias:
Male and Female, Age between 25-70 years old, Positive history of diabetes for at least six month, Patients who take oral remedies, Patients who did not use insulin, The patients with 25= BMI = 35 who did not have significant weight changes through last three months, Patients who did not use products containing artifitial sweeteners through last three months.
Exclusion criterias: Pregnancy or lactating, Using insulin therapy, Acutr renal failure, Hepatic diseases,-weight loss through last three six months or history of regimen

Name Time Method Fasting blood sugar. Timepoint: At baseline, after 3 months. Then after 3 months from intervention. Method of measurement: Blood sugar test.;2hpp blood sugar level.
