入选标准
- •Intubated patients with spontaneous breathing age of 18 or greater in the intensive care units of the Faculty of Medicine Chiang Mai University.
排除标准
- •1. Patients who have received neuromuscular blocking agents.
- •2. Patients who have been diagnosed with pneumothorax or have subcutaneous emphysema.
- •3. Patients with severe tricuspid regurgitation or cardiac tamponade.
- •4. Pregnant patients.
- •5. Patients with increased intra-abdominal pressure (IAP >= 16).
- •6. Patients who have received vasopressors or inotropic agents.
- •7. Patients who have undergone open chest surgery.
