Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients who would be included in the study group would have \>\= 5mm pocket in more than 30% of periodontal sites.
  • •2\.Radiographic evidence of bone loss in more than 30% of sites.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Non co\-operative patients
  • •2\.Pregnant and lactating women
  • •3\.Patients with known allergy to materials and medications.
  • •4\.Patient with risk factors and risk modifiers.
