Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •ages between 18 and 30
  • •\- engage in physical activity for 3 or less than 3 times a week

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- subjects on any type of NSAIDS or analgesics or steroids
  • •\- No pior history of leg injuries, no cardiovascular or hepatic disease, and no histroy of diabetes
  • •\- BMI should be within 15 to 30 or range
  • •\- Any allergy to the ultrasound gel
  • •\- subjects who is taking classes of prinicple investigator
  • •\- subjects who is under same department of prinicple investigator
