入选标准
- •American society of anaesthesiologist physical status classification sysytem grade 1 and 2 undergoing elective excision of intracranial meningioma with radiographic finding of diamteter more than 5cm in atleast two dimensions.
排除标准
- •Deranged liver/renal function test, pre operative anaemia, history of allergy to tranexamic acid, pregnancy and history of significant thromboembolic episodes.
