Inclusion Criteria
Systolic Blood Pressure more than equal to 140mmHg and Diastolic Blood Pressure more than equal to 90mmHg
Exclusion Criteria
1.Secondary Hypertension
2.Cardiovascular events or hospitalisation for flimsy angina in recent 3 months
3.Pregnancy
4.A medical condition likely to restrict endurance to < 3 years or a malignancy other than non melanoma skin cancer in recent 2 years.
