- •1.Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria.
- •2.The age group between 16-25 years.
- •3. H/O Painful menstruation for at least 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.
- •4.Patients with regular menstrual cycle.
排除标准
- •1.Cases OF secondary dysmenorrhoea with pelvic pathology like ovarian cyst, fibroid uterus and endometriosis.
- •2.Patients on hormonal therapy.
- •3.Patients with vaginal atresia,cervical stenosis and retroverted uterus.
- •4.Patients with systemic disease.
- •5.Patients with IUCD.
