Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Children aged between 6 to 14 years.
  • •Children diagnosed with fever, URTI and viral fever
  • •Children admitted with fever whose temperature between 99oF\-103oF.
  • •Children receive antipyretics (paracetamol) only and no other intervention for temperature decline

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Fever association with serious illness
  • •Non cooperative children
  • •Post operative patients
  • •Lesion and ulcer on the leg
