Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Children aged between 6 to 14 years.
  • Children diagnosed with fever, URTI and viral fever
  • Children admitted with fever whose temperature between 99oF\-103oF.
  • Children receive antipyretics (paracetamol) only and no other intervention for temperature decline

Exclusion Criteria

  • Fever association with serious illness
  • Non cooperative children
  • Post operative patients
  • Lesion and ulcer on the leg
