Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Children aged between 6 to 14 years.
- •Children diagnosed with fever, URTI and viral fever
- •Children admitted with fever whose temperature between 99oF\-103oF.
- •Children receive antipyretics (paracetamol) only and no other intervention for temperature decline
Exclusion Criteria
- •Fever association with serious illness
- •Non cooperative children
- •Post operative patients
- •Lesion and ulcer on the leg
