Inclusion Criteria

1. Parous women with stage 1 -3 pelvic organ prolapse based on
POP-Q
2. Age 20 -70 years
3. Women who are residents of Chandigarh and adjoining areas

Exclusion Criteria

1. Women with pelvic organ prolapse who do not give consent
2. Women with POP-Q stage 4
3. Women with other diseases: Radiating back pain, neurological
disorders, previous pelvic cancer, psychiatric or other disorders
that have an impact on ability to train or the condition (e. g.
asthma). Women who are under treatment for cancer or are
using muscle relaxants.
4. Previous POP surgery.
5. Women who want to use pessary/ ring during the intervention
period.
6. Pregnant or nursing women, those planning to become
pregnant in the intervention period.
7. Woman planning to be away for more than 4 weeks of the
intervention period.
8. Women who are illiterate.
