- •Infertile group : Infertile more than 12 month
- •Fertile group: Ever had a live child, Regular menstrual cycle

- •Tubal and male factor : infertile group
- •Last live birth < 1 year : fertile group
- •History of PID
- •Recent BV or STDs
- •On Antibiotic drug within 1 months
- •On immunosuppressive drug
- •Vaginal douching
- •SI within 7 days
