- •Diagnoses of depression, anxiety or obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorder (anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa)
- •sufficient knowledge of German
- •participation in all four climbing sessions
- •willingness to participate in an interview
- •weight under 120 kilograms
- •no orthopaedic problems
- •no medical contraindication to climbing and Nordic Walking

- •acute suicidal risk
- •acute cardiovascular limitations
