Inclusion Criteria
Diagnoses of depression, anxiety or obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorder (anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa)
sufficient knowledge of German
participation in all four climbing sessions
willingness to participate in an interview
weight under 120 kilograms
no orthopaedic problems
no medical contraindication to climbing and Nordic Walking
Exclusion Criteria
acute psychosis
acute suicidal risk
acute cardiovascular limitations

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Arm 1 +2: qualitative exploration of climbing therapy through semi-structured interviews within one week after the fourth climbing session.<br>Arm 3: Quantitative analysis of the time course, the interventions and the interaction of time and group with regard to affective responses, state anxiety and self-efficacy. All three interventions take place within one week.
