Inclusion Criteria

Both males and females will be included between ages 25-45 years and whose waist circumference exceeds 90 cms in males and 80 cms in females.

Exclusion Criteria

People with neck pain, back pain or locomotor disabilities, pregnancy, arthropathies, history of Spinal surgery, hernia, recent surgery and individuals who perform other type of yoga, zumba, aerobics, renal complications, liver disorders and, Glaucoma, hernia, or ulcers of the stomach or intestine, Recent abdominal or spinal surgery, any type of Addiction like smoking, alcoholism, tobacco chewing, etc. , Hormonal Imbalance, Hypothyroidism, Hypogonadism and Hypercortisolism. Individuals who perform moderate to severe exercise or activity daily will be excluded from this study
