Inclusion Criteria
1. Aged 18 years or older.
2. Having a diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus.
3. Delivery at term pregnancy (37 weeks of gestation or more).
4. Wiiling to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Multifetal pregnancies.
2. Having fetus with chromosomal or severe congenital abnormalities.
3. Having placental adherens.
4. HIV infection.
