Inclusion Criteria
Both sexes; age group from 18 to 30 years old; motor preference for the right upper limb
Exclusion Criteria
Presenting any orthopedic alteration or pain that hinders the execution of the movement

Name Time Method It is expected to find the existence of the overflow phenomenon in the upper limbs during an instructed task when 70% of maximal voluntary isometric contraction is performed in the shoulder abductor muscle contralateral to a finger flexion task
