Exclusion Criteria
1.previous ocular surgery except for laser photocoagulation and intravitreal or subtenon injection 2.active ocular infection or inflammation 3. continuous use of topical ocular medications 4. daily contact lens wearing over a month in the last five years 5. a history of cranial nerve injury 6. ocular or systemic diseases known to affect the tear film 7. use of systemic drugs known to affect the tear film
