Inclusion Criteria
1. All consecutive patients attending psychiatry outpatient department of Father Muller Medical College with diagnosis according to DSM IV-TR criteria for panic disorders with agoraphobia and without agoraphobia.
2. Patients who have given written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Cases with general medical conditions that could explain the symptoms amounting to panic attacks.
2. Cases with previously diagnosed other psychiatric disorders.
3. Cases not giving consent for the study.
