Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with Fuchs endothelial corneal dystrophy, both waiting for corneal transplantation and after receiving endothelial keratoplasty
2. Healthy cornea subjects, age 40-90 years old

Exclusion Criteria

1.Unable to understand and response properly to the question asked
2.Severe visual impairment from ocular surface diseases
3.Severe visual impairment from other ophthalmic diseases such as advance glaucoma, advance age-related macular degeneration (AMD)
4.Significant cataract
