- •1. Patients diagnosed with Fuchs endothelial corneal dystrophy, both waiting for corneal transplantation and after receiving endothelial keratoplasty
- •2. Healthy cornea subjects, age 40-90 years old
排除标准
- •1.Unable to understand and response properly to the question asked
- •2.Severe visual impairment from ocular surface diseases
- •3.Severe visual impairment from other ophthalmic diseases such as advance glaucoma, advance age-related macular degeneration (AMD)
- •4.Significant cataract
