- •Patients with ACS who require treatment with coronary angioplasty
- •Are the trial subjects under 18? no

- •F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes

- •F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) yes

Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Patients over 75 years of age 2. Patients weighing under 65 kg 3. Patients with previous cerebrovascular events 4. Patients with platelet counts below 70 × 109 / L 5. Patients undergoing surgery for aorto-coronary bypass in the previous three months 6. Patients with a recent episode of major bleeding (<6 months) 7. Patients treated with inhibitors of the platelet P2Y12 receptor in the previous 7 days
